June 13 is the date for my Gastric Bypass operation. The nerves kicked in last week at the last visit to my specialist. Once I had paid my money the nerves settled a bit, as there is no going back now.
My weight is 106kgs.
Doing it tough on the Optifast, just want to have some steak or a pie.
