Weight today 71.3kgs. Would like to loose another couple of kilo's, then I would be a neat size 12, but if it doesn't I am happy to stay were I am now.
If and when I have a tummy tuck, I guess they would remove a couple of kilo's of skin.

- I work in Admin at the local University. I have been over weight for a good portion of my life. Diagnosed with an under active Thyroid in 1997, if only this had been discovered earlier then my weight problem might not have been so bad. Having said that I know that mostly the problem is caused by what you put into your mouth.
