June 13 is the date for my Gastric Bypass operation. The nerves kicked in last week at the last visit to my specialist. Once I had paid my money the nerves settled a bit, as there is no going back now.
My weight is 106kgs.
Doing it tough on the Optifast, just want to have some steak or a pie.

Diagnosed with an under active Thyroid in 1997, if only this had been discovered earlier then my weight problem might not have been so bad. Having said that I know that mostly the problem is caused by what you put into your mouth.
